How can I purchase tickets?
Tickets are available for purchase at our box office or online HERE.
I purchased tickets online, but now I can’t find them.
When you purchase tickets online, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tickets. You may have your ticket confirmation email resent to you by contacting us.
Is there parking near the venue?
Yes, the Palmer Events Center has a parking garage next to the facility ($8/vehicle).

Does one ticket give me unlimited access to the show?
No. Individual tickets need to be purchased for each day of the show.
Are dogs allowed at this event?
No. We do not allow dogs at any of our events, with the exception of service animals or animals that are accompanying our vendors.
Are strollers allowed at this event?
Yes. We hope you and your little one have a great time at the show!
Do you have wheelchairs or motorized scooters available for rent?
No. Unfortunately, the Palmer Events Center does not offer wheelchairs or motorized scooters.
Do you have a coat or baggage check?
No.
Can I bring a backpack?
Yes. Backpacks are permitted.
Is there food available for purchase?
Yes.

Does attending a celebrity presentation cost extra?
No. Celebrity appearances and presentations are included with the cost of your ticket.

Whether you’re joining us at the Austin Convention Center with a specific project in mind or just looking for some inspiration, our local home professionals have you covered. With 200+ number of booths to explore and several unique feature displays to enjoy, plan to spend a few hours at the show. Wear comfortable shoes, bring a pen and paper to take notes, and have some cash on hand just in case a vendor doesn’t accept plastic (although most will). The Austin Spring Home Show is your chance to meet with industry professionals to talk about your home, see informative presentations from celebrity guests, and purchase products and services to help create your dream space.
